At Power Enclave support Services our experienced care support team offers day to day supports in the comfort of your home/ residential or respite home throughout Sydney.
Our team is dedicated to assisting individuals diagnosed with neurological conditions under the NDIS.
Our care team is skilled to work with individuals living with :

Being diagnosed with a neurological condition can be life changing and at times may have a profound impact on not only the person living with the condition but their families and/or support networks.
Our care team is ready to work alongside your multidisciplinary team who give care recommendations these include however not limited to:
- Dietitians
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapist
- Speech pathologists
- Registered Nurses
- Other allied health disciplines
Our support care team aims to lessen the burden on families by encouraging families to have more quality time together as we step in to provide daily support. Each individual supported by Power Enclave Support Services has an individualized care support plan that better understands their personalized goals and supports each person’s self confidence, independence and skills.
We ensure that our staff team provides person centered support to get the best from your life.
Care Team supports Include however are not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Helping with household tasks.
- Prompting and supervising taking medications
- Assistance with attending medical appointments.
- Assistance with community outings and attending events.
- Supporting clients to develop new hobbies and interests.
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks.
- Helping clients learn new skills.
- Doing grocery shopping and preparing meals.
- Working with doctors and therapists to ensure support meets allied health recommendations.
